CTS Standard NOS Support Program: A fixed price contract based on your unique server environment with up to 24 x 7 coverage and fast response for a down server at your site.
CTS Expanded NOS Support Program: Includes all of the benefits of the Standard support program plus:
- Remote monitoring of server hardware and software
- Pre-failure problem identification
- Remote repair service if required for quick repairs without on-site
- Event log monitoring
- Log file maintenance
- Drive space monitoring
- Quarterly reports outlining issues and resolutions
